Once your return is processed and approved (2-3 business days from receiving return) we will email you a POSH E-Gift Card.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. (In resaleable condition)
We do not issue refunds or pay for return shipping, so please text through Instagram @posh_hawaii or email any questions about sizing, fit and fabrics. No worries, we release new merchandise each week so no one keeps their credit long. Email questions to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
