Returns:
Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
Online Orders must be returned within 14 days from the date of USPS delivery.
In-store pick-ups must be returned within 14 days of fulfillment date.

3. Once your return is processed and approved(within 2-3 business days of receiving the return), we will email you a POSH E-Gift Card, which can be used for further purchases.
Exchanges:
For a faster exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and making a seperate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Return Eligibility:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and lables attached.
Items must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.
Sale items, accessories, and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. We'll be happy to assist you with the return process and ensure a smooth resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Want to cancel your order?
If your order has not already shipped, orders can be cancled within 24 hours by contacting our customer support team. Please note that after this time frame, cancellations may not be possible.
Canceled Orders are eligible for Posh Gift Cards for credit.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot be held responsiblefor any lost or undelivered returns.
